1. Configure form fields and link submissions to specific pages:

   • In the Testimonial Form Divi module, go to the Content tab.
   • Click on Testimonials Form. Available options include:
     • Associated Page(s) - Choose which page(s) submitted reviews link to:
       • Current Page - Automatically links submitted reviews to the page where the form is located.
       • Custom Pages - Links submitted reviews to specified page IDs.
         • Custom Page IDs (comma-separated) - Enter comma-separated page IDs to link reviews.
     • Show Rating Stars - Toggle YES to allow customers to select a star rating (1-5 stars).
     • Show Title - Toggle YES to allow customers to add a review headline.
