Pre-Requisites

• Divi Form Builder With Material Design Plugin

Enable Form On Divi Section

1. The plugin transforms any standard Divi section into a functional form container.

2. Once enabled, this section acts as the master wrapper for your form. Simply drag and drop your desired form field modules into this section.

3. To enable form capabilities on a Divi section:

   • Edit a page in divi’s visual builder.
   • Hover over a divi section and click the cog icon to bring up the Section Settings
   • On the Content tab click on the Form section toggle
   • Set the Enable Form toggle switch to ON.
   • Give the form a unique identifier via the Form Name setting

4. Note: If this setting is not enabled, form modules will not display their specific settings, and user submissions will not process.

Enable & Setup Email Notification

1. In the same Content tab, expand the Form Email Notification section toggle

2. Toggle the Send Notification to ON

3. Enter subject for the email in the Subject field

4. Enter recipient email address in the To field

5. Enter recipient email address in the To field

6. Enter blind carbon-copy email address in Bcc field

7. Enter the email message body in the Message field

Dynamic Content For Email Notification

1. You can automatically insert specific answers provided by your users directly into your email notifications to personalize the communication. For example:

   • If your form includes an email address field, you can tell the system to automatically send a confirmation message to whatever email the user typed in (using the To field).
   • Refer to the above video
   • To pull in a specific user response, simply type the field’s unique background label surrounded by percentage signs (for example, %%email%%).

   The system also includes pre-built tags you can use to automatically insert your website’s core details. They are:

   • %%_admin_email%% - The primary administrator email registered with your WordPress installation.
   • %%_site_title%% - The official name or title of your website.
