  1. The Gravity Forms plugin uses specific code snippets (called shortcodes) to place forms on your website - https://docs.gravityforms.com/shortcodes/

  2. These shortcodes have customizable options. Our gravity form Divi module gives you an easy, visual way to configure these settings without writing any code. Here are the details:

    1. Show Title - Toggle to display the form title. Default is on.
    2. Show Description - Toggle to display the form description. Default is on.
    3. Ajax - Turn this on to allow the form to submit smoothly behind the scenes without reloading the entire web page. Default is off.
    4. Tab Index - Control the exact order in which a user navigates through your form fields when pressing the “Tab” key on their keyboard.
    5. Field Values - Automatically pre-fill certain form fields for your users. For example: field_values='check=First Choice,Second Choice'. See also https://docs.gravityforms.com/using-dynamic-population/ for detailed information on automatically filling fields (dynamic population).
