By continuing to access or use the Site or Services after a modification has been posted, you indicate that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.
1. Accounts & License Keys
To access our products, services, or updates, you must create an account and purchase a product license from our online store. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and license keys. We are not liable for any losses resulting from compromised or stolen passwords.
In technical support scenarios, it may be necessary for our team to access your staging environment or account to diagnose an issue. By requesting technical assistance, permission to inspect reported issues is implied unless explicitly stated otherwise in your communication.
2. Modification to Terms
We reserve the right to alter, update, or remove portions of these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and software products following any posted changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By accessing or using our website and software, you agree to indemnify and hold WP Tools harmless from all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and legal fees arising out of or related to your use of our software or violation of these Terms.
6. Product Warranty
Our software products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We guarantee our plugins to function as advertised on a clean, default, self-hosted installation of WordPress. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all third-party themes, page builders, or web browsers. Please perform regular backups before installing any software update.
7. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations caused by acts or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). If a Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 consecutive days, either party may terminate the agreement upon 7 days' written notice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
